Do I have to order every week? +
Nope. Order when it works for you. Most members order weekly because they feel the difference, but there's no commitment required.
How long do meals last? +
Meals are fresh and keep well in the fridge for 5–6 days. Made Monday, good through the week.
Do you deliver? +
Yes — we deliver to the Redding area every Monday. Delivery is $10 per week. If you're on a subscription plan, delivery is free.
Can I get meals for two people? +
Absolutely. Our portions are large enough to split, or order separate meals for each person. Just note it in your order.
Why no protein powder? +
Protein powder is processed. It came from a lab, not a farm. Your body recognizes and uses whole food protein differently — more efficiently, more completely. Every gram of protein in a 500 Club meal comes from real meat. That's the standard we hold.
What if I have dietary restrictions? +
